Products

 

We sell photobiomodulation (light therapy) devices and related accessories for professional and informed personal use. Product descriptions, specifications and imagery on our site are provided in good faith. We do not provide medical advice through this website. Always follow the product instructions and seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

 

Orders and contracts

 

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you.

 

Prices and payment

 

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken via our checkout provider (Shopify). You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery details.

 

Delivery

 

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy and confirmed at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery (or on collection if applicable).

 

Returns and cancellations

Limitation of liability

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
